Sectors
EAI is deliberately concentrated. We engage in sectors where Ethiopian national priorities and qualified international capability overlap, and where we can stay accountable from first mapping through delivery and sustainment. Outside those sectors we say no.
Energy projects in frontier markets fail on structure, not on resource. EAI focuses on the fundamentals that make Ethiopian power projects bankable: credible offtake, realistic tariffs, competent counterparties, and financing that matches project risk. We bring opportunities to partners only when those fundamentals are in reach.
We treat agribusiness as infrastructure: long-horizon, systems-driven, and won on reliability. EAI prioritizes engagements that build permanent capacity — processing assets, equipment ecosystems with real after-sales support, and trade relationships that survive their first bad season.
Whether you represent U.S. equipment, technology, or capital, or an Ethiopian institution seeking a qualified international partner, start a conversation.
